By Augury is an exploration of themes including emotional disconnection, thwarted ambition, impending mortality and paranoia. But there is light along with the shade. Along the way, you will meet characters like the lovely Louisa, and Sam, a personal diary who feels frustrated and neglected since her owner stopped writing entries. Throughout, the focus is on strong melodies, vocal harmonies and spare arrangements. |
